Free online booking system

Schou-Danielsen Logistik offers a free booking system that you log in to via our website. The booking system, Online Book, stores all company information and makes it easy to book time after time.

Track n’ Trace – follow your goods all the way

Our booking system also includes Track ’n Trace. Via the system, you print a label containing a barcode. We scan the label many times during transport, allowing you to track your goods from collection to delivery.

Easily order additional services, including:

  • Flex delivery
    When you choose flex delivery, you allow us to leave the goods without a signature at the recipient. Instead, we take a photo of the goods at the delivery address.
  • SMS and email notification
    A free service that many customers use, e.g. for deliveries to private individuals, construction sites or larger warehouses. The recipient receives a link by SMS or email when you have booked the goods with SDL. Via the link, your customer can track the goods all the way from start to finish.
  • Dangerous goods
    Our free booking system includes the full catalogue of UN numbers, so you can quickly book dangerous goods. Read more about dangerous goods here.
  • Early delivery – Delivery on time (DOT)
    We deliver next day throughout Denmark. If you need extra early delivery, i.e. between 7 and 9 or 7 and 12, there is a fixed surcharge on top of the freight price.
  • Truck with tail lift
    If your goods need to be delivered to a location that is not easily accessible, it is easy to order a truck with a tail lift in Online Book. Read more about truck with tail lift here.

Integration of transport booking in ERP

When you choose SDL as your transport partner, you have the option of integrating our booking system into your ERP system. Several of our customers make use of this.

Your employees avoid having to enter a range of details each time. And information can be transferred directly from your ERP system into the booking system.

Booking via Consignor/N’shift and Shipmondo

Consignor/N’shift and Shipmondo are online booking systems that some carriers and customers use. SDL also has a carrier profile with N’shift and Shipmondo.
