Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You can track your shipment via Track and Trace using your consignment note number or tracking number.

In our Online Book, as a customer you can follow the shipment throughout transport once it has been created and scanned into the system.

Where can I find my consignment note number?

The consignment note number appears in your booking, shipping label, or the documentation you have received in connection with the shipment.

If you do not have the number, you are welcome to contact us and we will help locate the shipment.

Can I view a signed consignment note?

Yes. As a customer of SDL, you can find the signed consignment note in Online Book once delivery has been completed and registered.

Do you have geolocation for the shipment?

Yes, for most shipments we can view geolocation or scanning data during transport.

This provides better traceability and makes it easier for us to follow up if any questions arise regarding a delivery.
